From Chichester, take the A286 (Witterings Road) to Birdham (6 miles). At the end of the Birdham Straight, take the first exit (Bell Lane) at the mini roundabout. After 1 mile (on a sharp right bend), turn left into Bookers Lane. Cookscroft Garden is the 2nd house on the left.
